For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into one of Houston’s two major airports: George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is a large and busy airport with some ongoing construction, but it's significantly closer (than Hobby airport) to all of our wedding events. It is about one hour away from the La Quinta hotel. William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is smaller and generally easier to navigate. Hobby is a great option if you prefer a more relaxed airport experience. However, it is about 90 minutes out from the hotel.

Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, Jeffrey's parents, Jim and Kelly, are graciously hosting a welcome dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (in The Woodlands) the night before our wedding. The welcome dinner is a chance for all of our guests to mingle, get to know each other, and for us to express our gratitude to everyone joining us to celebrate! Our venue, the Annex, offers a wedding party rehearsal the morning of the wedding which is a formality for the wedding party to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, but the welcome dinner is our opportunity to kick the weekend off right by enjoying a delicious meal with all of our family and friends.
